Southview Senior Living’s Resident Nutritious and Nourishing Dining Services
We believe in the importance of diet and nutrition for overall health and happiness at Southview Senior Living. We offer continental breakfasts and our professionally trained chef and dining staff prepare delicious lunches and dinners every day. They carefully plan each meal on a weekly basis, cooking healthy and hearty dishes that nourish our residents while making them feel at home.
Breakfasts, Lunches, and Dinners in a Cozy Setting
We serve our meals in our spacious dining room, and residents can also reserve our private dining room to eat with friends and family in a more intimate setting. And with prior notice and for a small add-on fee, meals can also be delivered right to your apartment.
Our daily meals are included with our assisted living and memory care programs. Independent living plans include daily continental breakfast, and meals can be purchased as an à la carte service. Every resident has access to our 24-hour beverage station, where they can grab a fresh-brewed cup of coffee, a refreshing glass of juice, or even a specialty cappuccino.

At Southview Senior Living, we prioritize the comfort, safety, and overall wellbeing of every resident. A licensed RN is available to assess each individual to help create a personal care package matched to you and your needs. We also offer a range of complimentary, on-site amenities for the whole community to enjoy: community room, library, fitness center, movie theater, and more.

- Daily wellness checks

- Apartment building fire/smoke detector and sprinkler system
- Individually controlled heat and air conditioning
- Water, sewer, and on-site trash pick-up
- Planned programs and events for socialization

- Month-to-month lease agreement
- Daily afternoon coffee and cookies
- Personal laundry facilities in each unit
- Pet-friendly facility (some restrictions apply)
