Veterans Day 2016

We had a wonderful day celebrating Veterans Day last week. The sunshine group made ribbons for Veterans Day that we handed them out before our program. I talked about the history of Veterans Day and Arlington Cemetery. Then we had a prayer service to remember the Veterans and a social hour that followed with pastries & beverages.

It was really beautiful with all the flags & stars & the red white & blue!

Halloween 2016

Southview tenants decorated mini pumpkins to take home for Halloween! They were very creative and loved making them.

We also held a costume contest, and the witch holding the gift card was our winner, Gladys Ramsay! She was so excited.
