Every year Southview Senior Living has a little get together party for the Sunshine Group, to thank all of the tenants who volunteer their time to help out. They have done so much helping out with setting up for birthday parties, Made to Order Breakfast, special events, and other events. Thanks to their help we can make things a little more special. They are a blessing!
These two mom’s, Tina Weisenburger and Jamie Larson brought their children for a visit to Southview Senior Living to hand out Easter baskets that they made for our tenants. Tina’s children, Nolan & Brynn and Jamie’s children, Jameson and Jude, were so cute the tenants really enjoyed their visit and the baskets!
Southview Senior Living is now incorporating pet visits with a cat and dog in the beginning of May for our memory care unit. While these puppies look so cute they could be real they are actually very life like stuffed animals that can still breathe and make noises!
Jean Bedard’s family stopped in to show off their dogs Trixie & new puppy Ruby, everyone fell in love with them and wanted to hold them, all you could hear was ah ah ah. What a great time! Jean being the one holding the adorable puppy in the yellow shirt.
Our tenant, Camille Taylor sang at our Birthday Party with Jan & Tate. One of our aides told me she was singing with her “Won’t you come home Bill Baily” up in her apartment. So I asked Jan & Tate if they knew the song and they did, so we asked Camille if she would come up and sing it, she was great!!
